These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Netond SkinScore, a Shopify application operated by Netond ("Netond"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://netond.com/privacy.

Netond SkinScore provides quiz forms, product scoring, storefront recommendation features, AI routine insights and chatbot features (on eligible plans), and a customer account profile extension for Shopify's new customer account pages. Logged-in shoppers can review and update their quiz data from their account. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You must be a Shopify merchant with a valid store and authority to bind your business to these Terms. You must comply with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.

Installing the app grants Netond the Shopify API permissions required to provide the service, including access to customers, products, themes, pages, files, and metaobjects as described at installation.

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API. Trial periods, plan prices, and feature limits — including monthly AI insight and chat usage — are shown in the app and on our pricing page. You authorize Shopify to charge your account according to your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in Shopify's billing flow.

AI routine insights and the storefront chatbot are informational tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnose skin conditions, or replace professional care. Outputs are generated from available quiz profile and matched product context and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for enabling AI features, reviewing custom behavior instructions, and how AI outputs appear to your customers. AI usage is subject to the limits of your selected plan. AI insights and chats are not included on the Free plan.

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use customer data in violation of applicable privacy laws or Shopify policies. You are responsible for how you configure forms, AI settings, and handle customer data in your store.

For end-customer personal data collected through your store forms — including quiz answers stored in Shopify customer metafields — you act as the data controller and Netond acts as a data processor providing the app service on your instructions.

Netond stores limited customer form-submission data in its systems: Shopify customer ID, first name, last name, masked quiz-field submission metadata, and a one-way answer fingerprint for deduplication. Quiz answers and other configurable customer fields remain in your Shopify store. When AI features are used, AI insights and chatbot messages are stored in Netond systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

Netond retains all rights in the app software, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights in your store content, products, and customer relationships.

We provide the app on a commercially reasonable basis without guaranteed uptime. Support is available at support@netond.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated insights or chat replies. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may uninstall the app at any time from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that should survive will remain in effect.

Customer data stored in your Shopify store (including customer metafields) remains in your store after uninstall. App-side data handling is described in our Privacy Policy at https://netond.com/privacy.

We may update these Terms or the app. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
